Please put the phrase "CS Qualifying Exams" in the subject line of your e-mail. This e-mail should contain the following information:

1. Full name, as it appears in your Stevens records
2. Stevens ID number
3. Mailing address
4. Phone numbers and hours you may be reached
5. E-mail address(es) (include multiple addresses if you use more than one)
6. Name of faculty member supervising your oral exam.
