MS/SOC Admissions Requirements

The requirements for admission into the M.S. program in Service Oriented Computing are a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a four point scale. It is recommended that applicants for the MS/SOC take the GRE general exam.

All international students must obtain a score of at least 560 in the TOEFL examination.

GRE information and application forms may be obtained by writing the Graduate Record Examination Program, Educational Testing Service, P.O. Box 6000, Princeton, NJ 08541-6000. The Educational Testing Service takes at least six weeks to process scores.

Tests taken within a period of three years prior to the time of application are not questioned on grounds of age. Test scores more than three years old must be validated, either by evidence of continued work in the field or by reexamination.

Deadlines: For full consideration, applicants to graduate programs should have submitted all documents to the Admissions Office before the first week of February for fall admission, and before the first week of September for spring admission.

Application forms and further information can be found at here.

Before submitting the application forms please verify that all requirements are met.
