Abstract
The Software Engineering Institute set up a panel in
2005-2006 to explore research issues in the specification,
design and operation of Ultra Large Scale systems (in
the range of 1 billion lines of code). The speaker talks
about the overall research agenda explored by the panel,
as well as the issues that were covered by his group
within the panel, dealing with ULS Qualities.
